Books and Cupcakes

Hi everybody so sorry I haven’t written in a long time so I not only LOVE cupcakes but I love reading. I am starting a new book blog and its gonna be great I hope you visit and I’ll tell you what the site is when it’s done.

Pie!

There is never a season that could be without pie, and this season is as pie filled as ever. I made two pies every week for two weeks, is that crazy or what? Also, I  love your comments and questions. Thanks!

Baker forever!

I made these cupcakes in my second grade class, my room was called the bicycle room. I made the bicycles out of powdered sugar, it’s easy, just get a sheet of paper with your pattern cut out, the paper must be larger than your cake or cupcake, then take a sifter (optional) and sprinkle a little of the powdered suger on the pattern, lift the paper and voila!

When you are baking try convection baking it , it bakes everything evenly.
